Bookings & Payment
Places are reserved when we confirm your booking by email. Group classes are paid on arrival by card or cash; 1:1 sessions may be paid on arrival or in advance. Class passes (5 classes for £50) never expire but are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Rearrange or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Later changes are charged at half the session fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
Health & Suitability
Yoga, Reiki and sound rest support wellbeing but are not substitutes for medical care. Please tell us about injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions when booking so we can adapt or advise. If something does not feel right during a session, pause and tell us — resting is always welcome.
Children
Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who remains present throughout the session.
