Hands playing Tibetan singing bowls surrounded by candles

Bathe In Sound

Imagine lying back, fully supported by blankets and bolsters, while waves of tone from Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and soft percussion wash gently over you. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be — simply listen and let go.

Our evening sound rests are designed to calm busy minds, ease held tension, and guide you toward the kind of deep relaxation that can feel hard to reach alone.

What To Expect

01

Nest & Settle

Choose your nest of mats, blankets and eye pillows. A short guided breathing practice helps the room land together before the first note.

02

The Sound Journey

Forty-five minutes of layered bowls, chimes and gentle percussion, played live and shaped to the energy of the room.

03

Wake & Warmth

We return slowly with soft silence, warm herbal tea, and time to share or simply sit before stepping back into the evening.

Be First To Know

Evening sound rests will begin with a small number of places. Join the waitlist and you will hear about dates, early-bird places, and a free taster evening before anyone else.

  • First refusal on founding-member places
  • Invitation to a free 30-minute taster rest

Sound Rest Questions

None at all. You simply lie down and listen — many people who find seated meditation difficult discover that sound gives their busy mind something kind to rest on.

Sound rests are usually not recommended in the first trimester. After that, please message us first so we can advise and adapt the session for your comfort.

Just yourself in warm, cosy layers. Every nest — mat, blankets, bolster, eye pillow — is provided, along with tea to close the evening.

While You Wait…

Our yoga classes and 1:1 Reiki sessions are running now and offer the same gentle, restorative rest. You are so welcome to begin there.
