What We Collect
When you contact us, join a waitlist, or subscribe to our newsletter, we receive the details you share — typically your name, email address, and anything you tell us in your message. If you attend a session, we may keep brief wellbeing notes so we can care for you well.
How We Use It
Your details are used only to respond to you, arrange sessions, and — where you have agreed — send occasional studio news. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Newsletters
Newsletter emails arrive only after you opt in, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops further mailings without affecting any bookings.
Your Rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@softglow-reiki.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
Questions
For anything about this policy, contact us through the contact page. If you remain unhappy, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
